    Not Suitable for:

  • ABS is a tough, impact-resistant thermoplastic with good heat tolerance, widely used for functional parts and industrial prototypes.

    • Tight-tolerance parts without additional pre-print set-up

  • ASA is a UV-resistant, weather-durable engineering filament designed for outdoor applications, offering strength similar to ABS with far superior environmental stability.

    Not Suitable for:

  • PETG offers a strong balance of durability, chemical resistance, and ease of printing, making it a reliable choice for functional everyday components.

  • PET-CF is a carbon-fiber-filled PET filament known for its high stiffness, good heat resistance, and excellent dimensional stability with clean surface quality.

    • Components needing low warpage and good surface finish

    Not Suitable for:

    • Highly impact-absorbent or flexible parts

    • Extreme-temperature applications

  • PA6-CF is a carbon-fiber-reinforced nylon engineered for exceptional strength, stiffness, and thermal stability, ideal for demanding functional parts.

    Not Suitable for:

  • PA12-CF is a carbon-fiber-reinforced nylon offering excellent dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, and high stiffness — ideal for precision, high-performance applications.

    Suitable for:

    • High-accuracy functional parts

    • Components exposed to humidity or variable environments

    • Lightweight structural brackets and fixtures

    Not Suitable for:

    • Parts requiring high flexibility

    • Applications needing very high heat resistance

    • Designs with extreme impact or shock loads

  • PA612-CF combines the toughness of nylon 6 with the low moisture uptake of nylon 12, strengthened by carbon fiber for durable, stable, lightweight parts. It also has a lower coefficient of friction compared to its nylon siblings.

    Suitable for:

    • Sliding components

    • Parts needing excellent environmental stability

    • Industrial fixtures, jigs, and mechanical housings

    Not Suitable for:

    • Applications requiring significant ductility

    • Parts exposed to continuous high-temperature environments

    • Designs needing smooth, aesthetic surface finishes without post-processing

  • TPU is a flexible, rubber-like filament offering excellent elasticity, abrasion resistance, and durability for functional flexible parts. TPU can be purchased in many different durometers. (85A, 95A, 68D, etc)

    Suitable for:

    • Gaskets, seals, and vibration-damping parts

    • Flexible hinges, grips, and protective covers

    • Wear-resistant components

    Not Suitable for:

    • High-rigidity structural parts

    • Tight-tolerance components

    • Applications requiring high temperature resistance

  • PC is a strong, heat-resistant engineering filament designed for rugged, high-performance applications requiring impact strength and thermal stability.

    Suitable for:

    Not Suitable for:

    • Printers without an enclosed, high-temperature environment

    • Parts requiring high chemical resistance beyond PC’s base properties
